About the Dream
Who made it, and what to do there
Who made this
Hi, I'm Marko. I was a PHP web developer for over 20 years, and these days I do a bit of freelancing and a lot of tinkering with hobby projects. Endless Summer Dream is one of those hobby projects. It's what some gamers would call a "walking simulator" game. I've developed this with extensive use of AI, which some people might object to. If that offends you, feel free to ignore this game. I love some aspects of AI, as it lets me start (and finish) projects that would otherwise have taken years to complete, or never gotten off the ground at all.
Things to do
- Explore. Walk the roads around the lake and explore the forests. Press M for the map.
- Listen. Stand right next to a building and you may hear the people inside. What they say depends on the hour, so come back at different times.
- Visit at night. The town keeps Eastern Time. Things look and sound different after dark. Staying out after 10 PM holds a bit of danger as well.
- Uncover secrets. Some of Lakeville's people are hiding things. Piece together who is doing what, with what, and where, from what you overhear and what you find.
- Take the test. Open the Secrets page (also linked from the pause screen) and fill in a line for each secret you think you know. It tells you how many you got right, but not which ones. You get one check every 6 hours, so make it count.
Can you find these?
Other various things are tucked away around the map. See how many you can spot:
- B/W duck pair
- Gnome home
- Handgun
- Hilltop sign
- Odd stairs
- Pagan shrine
- Telescope
- Weed plants

- Wishing well
